Hi! I have a question on 3.3 SQL Select Statements #12. Why do we need the following statement in our “code”:
“INNER JOIN position ON employee.positionid = posistionid”
I understand what this is saying, but I don’t understand what we need to pull from the position table. I’m assuming it’s the min and max salary, but why would we not pull this from the employee table?

I don’t think that what you see in the video is the one correct answer for the SQL statements in general. If your answer comes out to have the same results as what you see in the video, your answer is probably another correct answer. From what I know, that particular statement is not necessary to get the correct answer.
