Even though I put $B$4:$B$6 = integer, it is still giving me the number to make for C and the labor hours used, and the amount of pumps as a decimal.

One reason this could happen is Solver\’s \”Ignore Integer Constraints\” box is checked. To fix this you can open up your Solver menu and click on the Options button. Make sure that the box next to the words “Ignore Integer Constraints” is not checked.
