I accidentally just submitted my loops homework with the ~$ in front of the workbook so I’m not sure if you can see my work. Is there anyway I could resubmit the workbook the right way so I can get a grade?

Reach out to the grading TA specifically for your section and they can work on resetting the entry or anything else to make sure that you properly get credit.
