Twice now I have received feedback from a quiz saying I had an answer wrong, then it gave the supposed correct answer which was not one of the options for the quiz….I am quite confused by this, from what I see it is telling me that none of the answers would have been right.Â
I would read all the chapters unless the professor says that you don’t have to. I’m fairly certain that all the chapters are pertinent to the class and it would be in your best interest to read them. As far as getting feedback for wrong answers, sometimes the feedback doesn’t give the exact wording to the options, it just generally gives an explanation of the right answer. For example, in 1.4 reading quiz the feedback is “Information Systems is the crossover between the organization’s business processes, the people who execute those processes, and the IT that supports them both” when there isn’t that exact wording for the options in the problem, but you can deduce the answer based on that. If that doesn’t answer your question feel free to come to our office hours and we’ll help you out.
